His release came more than a week after former officer Thomas Lane , 37, was released on bail. Alexander Kueng posted a $750,000 bond and was released late Friday afternoon, according to Hennepin County Jail records. Kueng is one of the three former Minneapolis police officers had have been charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter during the incident that led to Floyd's death on May 25. Despite the withdrawal by the White House, the sanctions targeting the country's vital economic sectors and an insufficient INSTEX trade mechanism suggested by the E3, Tehran said that it was prepared to revive negotiations on its nuclear program if Washington can return to the negotiating table while scrapping the sanctions. The soldiers carry firearms but are not allowed to use them under a previous agreement in the border dispute.
