In total, the USA has registered at least 41,379 fatalities from coronavirus. The United States had the most fatalities at 40,585, followed by Italy at 23,660, Spain at 20,453, France at 19,718, and Britain at 16,060. Italy has the second-highest death toll at 24,114, while Spain has the second highest number of cases with 200,210.
