The sound of a mummified priest has been heard for the first time in 3,000 years, thanks to ingenious research by a team of academics. "We heard a sound similar to a vowel that would come out of Nesyamun's mouth if his mouth were in his current position and he was alive", said David Howard , an electronic engineer at the Royal Holloway University in London and first author of the article. In photographs issued of the signing ceremony in the EU's Europa building on Friday morning, the bloc's chief negotiator, Michel Barnier , can be seen standing behind the two presidents. The EU is set to take up negotiations on full speed on 25 February, when EU Ministers will attend a general affairs council and begin the next stage of planning a Brexit that functions well for everyone involved. "Bickering, grandstanding, petty politics, none of these things create jobs", he said. Because he has a minority government, Trudeau needs the support from another party to pass legislation. Seventeen service members who were injured have since returned to duty in Iraq, sixteen of whom were treated locally in the country. Jonathan Hoffman, the Pentagon spokesman, confirmed on Friday that eight of the US service members who received diagnoses were transported to a hospital in Germany and then taken back to the USA, where they will receive treatment at the Walter Reed Medical Center. According to KTRK in Houston, the origin of the explosion was a building used by a company called Watson Grinding and Manufacturing. At least one person was injured by shattered glass and was taken to a hospital, Houston fire Capt. Houston police chief Art Acevedo warned people to avoid inhalation explosion "out of an over abundance of caution" on Twitter.
