President Donald Trump heightened fears of a nuclear confrontation on the Korean Peninsula, which had been building for weeks, up a few notches with his blunt threat to " totally destroy " North Korea . -North Korea crisis a country-to-country war of words. "It would be a game-changer in some sense", the official said.
