Hurricane-force winds extend outward up to 25 miles (35 km) from the center and tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 miles (205 km). That resolution, number 2321, required member states to reduce the number of staff at North Korea diplomatic missions and consular posts and limit the number of bank accounts to one per diplomatic mission and one per diplomat.
