The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco was reviewing a March ruling by a Hawaii-based federal judge that blocked parts of Mr Trump's order. The administration appealed that ruling to the Supreme Court. It's the second appeals court decision in less than a month to maintain a nationwide stay on the ban. (more...)
