The video shows Woods' vehicle pulled over to the right side of the road with the right blinker on. In the video, Woods can been seen walking slowly as an officer puts him through a field sobriety test . Woods' speech was "extremely slow and slurred, mumbled [and] confused" and he was "extremely sleepy", according to the report . Woods was taken to jail and subsequently released on his own recognizance. (more...)
