She said the Conservatives' planned deal with the DUP was "dodgy" and "unsustainable" - and Theresa May's position was "not remotely tenable" because she lacked the skills to hold together a minority government, which has to be more open and collegiate. A cause of death hasn't yet been fully determined because even if the man's head was cut off, he could've been dead prior to the severance. Both sets of remains of the burned corpse and head are identified as they belong to a black male. Vance said whoever committed the crime may have been sending a message. Police have not revealed if the homeowners, whose porch the decapitated head was left on, recognized the victim. (more...)

Butt had been on bail after being arrested for fraud in a case in October, police said. Two British counterterrorism sources told CNN that the arrest was part of an effort by British police and the MI5 intelligence agency to take known Islamist extremists off the streets by going after them for crimes unrelated to terrorism .
