Small island nations, individual European leaders , and even Russian Federation, the largest emitter that has yet to formally adopt the agreement , said Friday it was likely to do so by 2020. Trump claims that he will try to renegotiate the deal reached in Paris, or craft a new one. Dozens of cities have said they are committed to the Paris climate accord , with at least 86 mayors signing a statement saying they will adopt and uphold the agreement's goals. (more...)

SEVEN people have died and many more injured in terror attacks using a van and knives on Saturday night. "We believe that this incident is under control", she said. London's Metropolitan Police said they first responded to the bridge at 10:08 p.m. (5:08 p.m. ET). A taxi driver called Chris told LBC said he saw men armed with foot-long knives after a van drove on to the pavement. (more...)

"The suspects were wearing what looked like explosive vests but these were later established to be hoaxes", he said . "He swerved right round me and then hit about five or six people". The area is in lockdown, with armed police on the scene. The local administration is working with the rescue services to find people who may have fallen into the River Thames, reported Reuters .
