The Korea Central News Agency said the test verified technical aspects of the weapon system and examined its "adaptability under various battle conditions" before it is deployed to military units. The Council warned that if North Korea continued to defy the United Nations resolutions prohibiting its ballistic missile launches and nuclear development activities, it would "take further significant measures, including sanctions, in line with the Council's previously expressed determination". Others showed bodies laying bloodied on the floor of the arena. No further information was released about the activity.
