Eliot Cohen, a former counselor to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice under President George W. Bush, said on Twitter that if Trump had given the classified material to the Russians deliberately, "it would be treason". The classified information had been shared with the president by an ally, violating the confidentiality of an intelligence-sharing agreement with that country, the official said. (more...)

For its part, North Korea said the missile test was in response to the nuclear dangers and threats posed by the U.S. and its followers. The statement said USA forces were conducting an advise-and-assist mission with Somalia's military.
