North Korea has rebuffed cries for it to cease missile and nuclear testing, calling each of them acts of self defense. The Musudan carries the smallest warhead at 650kg, but travels the furthest at 3,000km. Sometime over the weekend, North Korea finally managed to launch a missile that didn't immediately explode. It also claims to have perfected the warhead's homing and detonation systems under hard re-entry circumstances. (more...)
