Another U.S. serviceman, Sgt. Cameron H. Thomas, 23, of Kettering , Ohio, was also killed during what the Pentagon called "anti-ISIS operations". Pentagon spokesman Captain Jeff Davis told reporters that the military was investigating whether the two troops may have been killed by ground fire, either by American forces or Afghan commandos taking part in the raid, though it appeared to be accidental. Unfortunately one got away from me, and like I said I would never intentionally throw at somebody's head. "I was trying to get one out, so I just put my foot on the back part of the base to get that out". The rule, new to baseball past year, says that a runner can be called out for interference if he does not make a "bona fide slide" and "initiates contact with the fielder for breaking up ...
