But Barry, 29, said he became suspicious when the older man tried to keep the teen away. Mr Trump also spoke with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Monday, and they agreed to urge North Korea to refrain from what Mr Abe called provocative actions. New Delhi has always maintained that any peace process in Afghanistan should be Afghan-led and Afghan-owned and should not be based on any artificial distinction between "good terrorist" and "bad terrorist". The leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP), Paul Nuttall, has said that his party will be calling for the banning of the full-face veil - referring to the niqab or more fully enveloping burqa - in its election manifesto. He said that the ban would bring the United Kingdom "in line with other European countries" such as Belgium and Bulgaria. Last week, the Berkeley College Republicans said threats of violence forced them to cancel a speech by writer David Horowitz . The school rejected the allegations said it would discontinue efforts to plan the May 2 event. The Department of the Treasury, in consultation with President Donald Trump, announced it was rejecting waiver requests from Exxon and other companies looking to restart Russian operations disrupted by global sanctions. The deal would have allowed the two companies to work on projects exploring and drilling for oil and natural gas in the Kara Sea and Black Sea. Dortmund's first-leg match against Monaco was postponed and the team lost 3-2 to Monaco the next day. A City Hall spokesman issued a statement Sunday, saying that the city is "committed to taking down the Confederate monuments". That's far more than the city's $170,000 monuments-removal budget.
