In a statement, the White House said H-1B visas are supposed to bring the highest skilled and paid labour to the United States. The new executive order also directed federal agencies to review current procurement requirements and step up the effort to limit government purchase to USA -made goods. (more...)

And to be fair to Ms Davidson, she actually ended up pouring the pints, rather than downing them herself, as she spoke with customers about what they see as the big issues as they prepare to go to the ballot box. Volleyball is a popular sport in North Korea and the country's women's national team came third in the 1972 Munich Olympics - beating neighbors and rivals South Korea to the podium. (more...)
