Arkansas' Governor Asa Hutchinson, a Republican, had planned for eight men on death row to be executed within an 11-day period before the end of April, when the state's stock of midazolam, a sedative used in the lethal injections, expires. The 14-year-old, Jackson Standefer and his grandmother were walking along a creek when their family thinks they lost their way, getting swept into the water. The search resumed Tuesday and included three ground teams plus a helicopter, drone and a motorized boat, which was checking along the banks of the Colorado River near its confluence with the creek, park spokeswoman Robin Martin said.
