He killed himself Tuesday when police attempted to pull his auto over in Pennsylvania. The police chief confirmed the vehicle found in Erie was the vehicle Stephens fled in. One of the pursuing troopers picked his spot - in front of an abandoned school - and rammed Stephens' bumper to get him to stop. The woman Stephens spoke of, Joy Lane, said in a text message to CBS that "we had been in a relationship for several years". (more...)

"However, despite all these efforts, millions of people still need to be protected from crises and far more time and resources continue to be spent responding to crises rather than preventing them", the Secretary-General noted. In March, Tillerson said that the removal of Syrian President Bashar Assad from office is not a top priority for the United States anymore as the Syrian nation should determine Assad's fate. As a result of the arrests and the Facebook posts, the FBI and Homeland Security are involved in the investigation.
