Well pressure was monitored through the night and excess pressure was bled off to keep it within a safe range. BP has previously seen a leak in the Alaska area as well. Employees on Friday morning discovered uncontrolled natural gas flowing from the top of a well house, a metal structure that looks like a large box over a well. (more...)

Sullivan said the judge's choice is troubling because the racial makeup of the jury is predominantly minorities.
