Lavrov said President Vladimir Putin confirmed his "readiness" to resume a deal on flight safety and preventing incidents with the U.S.in Syria. An Ohio man claimed to be angry at a woman when he shot and killed an elderly passerby Sunday afternoon and posted the murder on Facebook . The video was posted around 2 p.m. He then tells the friend he has killed 13 people, " and I'm about to keep killing until they catch me ". Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said authorities are in touch with the suspect's family and have increased police crews looking for him throughout the city. (more...)
