President Donald Trump took credit Wednesday for steering NATO's focus toward terrorism, declaring the military alliance is no longer outdated after castigating its focus and financing on the campaign trail past year. "Two shots pierced the glass at the head level of the girl, passing by either side of her head", a booking sheet states. A 4-year-old girl was struck by glass debris while sitting inside the barber shop. Police made contact with family, friends and his girlfriend, who told police she spoke to Hart and he told her he was involved in a shooting where he "popped off" some rounds, Tyler said. (more...)

Tillerson said much of the same following a joint press conference with Lavrov, attributing the two countries' problems to a lack of trust, but wouldn't go as far as Trump when it came to speculating about Russian awareness of the chemical attack. It was the single deadliest day for Christians in decades and the worst since a bombing at a Cairo church in December killed 30 people.
