The draft has laid down nine suggestions for updating the rules for processing RTI applications, complaints and appeals. The draft rules propose to empower the Central Information Commission (CIC) to permit withdrawal of an appeal if an appellant makes a written request and also says that pending appeals proceedings will come to an end automatically with the death of the appellant . Men in the Netherlands took up the rallying cry, and have been sharing images holding hands. Man Shouted 'That's My Baby' In Attempted Abduction Incident In Center City

The witness adds that during the incident the man shouted, "That's my baby" before touching the child. The baby's mother looked over just in time to catch the suspect. Police say the suspect was still in the store when they arrived and that they questioned him briefly before letting him go. The worst attack was what a United Nations report said was an attack by toxic sarin gas in August 2013 on the Damascus suburb of Ghouta that killed hundreds of civilians. (more...)

It also has a duty to reconsider whether President al-Assad can remain in power, and should not tacitly tolerate the Syrian government's behavior. There was no reason to take a vote. The Wisconsin Republican said he believed his party was moving toward consensus, but conceded he didn't know if the House would vote on the measure before beginning a two-week recess later this week.
