And, since the city was struggling with traffic even before this mess, maybe some people will stick with transit. Amelia Ford of Atlanta picked another route to work by vehicle and said it took her 45 minutes to travel 3 miles from her home to the nearest open on-ramp to the interstate. (more...)

Vandals are alleged to have attacked sections of the Dakota Access pipeline in two separate incidents. ETP officials have not responded to requests for more details about the allegations. Authorities have confirmed an incident of vandalism against the Dakota Access oil pipeline in South Dakota. The incident was discovered March 13.
