Authorities also say they are looking for seven North Koreans. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Thursday arrived in Turkey where he will hold high-level discussions on how to tackle the Islamic State (IS) terror group, officials said. He said, "The operation under way has been concluded successfully". Turkish officials have objected to the idea of the Kurds taking part in a future offensive to knock Islamic State out of their de facto capital in Raqqa, Syria. (more...)
