Some members of the worldwide court have stated that Al-Bashir will face the likelihood of arrest if he enters their countries whereas others have called for Sudan to send representatives on their behalf instead or relocated meetings to accommodate the president. A spokeswoman for the Coastguard said the search was being affected by weather conditions. A spokeman for the Irish Coast Guard said the UK Coast Guard are concentrating on the area of the Irish Sea near north Wales.
