Brent crude rallied as much as 6.1 percent to $49.20 a barrel as Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar al-Luaibi said OPEC ministers were unanimous in favor of an output cut, following a breakfast meeting in the city on Wednesday. Reports indicate that while disputes over reducing oil production among OPEC members continues, this organization expects non-member states also to reduce their (oil) production "significantly". Should Islamic State soldiers escape Mosul, the fear is that they will head to Raqqa, Syria, another stronghold of Islamic jihadist warriors. The Kansas town set up a bunch of wildlife cameras in a park to try and get footage of a mountain lion. Gardner police on Monday released a series of unusual images recorded by cameras posted around the 83-acre park to record wildlife. "We would like to sincerely thank the persons responsible as it made our day when we pulled up what we expected to be hundreds of pictures of coyotes, foxes and raccoons", Gardner cops wrote on Facebook on Monday.
