Oil Falls On Higher US Crude Inventories, Strong Dollar

USA benchmark crude CLc1 was up 14 cents at $45.94 a barrel at 0532 GMT. But in a report Monday, the Energy Information Administration said (http://www.marketwatch.com/story/eia-us-shale-oil-output-forecast-to-fall-20000-barrels-a-day-in-december-2016-11-14) oil production from seven major USA shale plays is forecast to fall by 20,000 barrels a day to 4.498 million barrels a day in December from November. 'Sanctuary campus' protests target Trump immigration policies

The University of Montana joined 80 other campuses across the country Wednesday in a protest to make the university a safe sanctuary for undocumented students. The map isn't official. Protesters said a main goal of the rally was to provide solidarity and a sense of community for all fearful students after the election. (more...)

The UK's High Court has ruled against Theresa May's government on whether parliamentary approval is needed to trigger Article 50 , in a decision that could have devastating consequences for the prime minister's Brexit plans. While the public had voted by a majority on the referendum to leave, many members in Britain's Parliament wanted Britain to stay in the EU.
