Now, she can start practicing for her epic return to the court! The world governing body for tennis slapped the ban on her after she tested positive for meldonium during this year's Australian Open. Sharapova openly admitted she had been taking meldonium for 10 years to help treat illnesses, a heart issue and a magnesium deficiency. Temperton's funeral has already taken place and was a private affair, Platt revealed. Temperton wrote the band's two biggest hits " Boogie Nights " and the ballad "Always and Forever ". Despite all of his other successes, " Thriller " is the track for which Temperton is best remembered. Music veteran Rod Temperton has passed away at the age of 66. (more...)

The court asked the BCCI's legal counsel Kapil Sibal to check with the board and respond by October 7; Sibal is understood to have asked for more time but the court refused. The bench, which will pronounce the order tomorrow, said the BCCI can not pass the buck and allow state bodies to defy reforms, adding there should be "immediate stoppage of flow of funds to them" as these were "public money" and there must be complete transparency on "how the money is being spent".
