Hopkins did have 5 receptions for 54 yards and made a couple critical plays, including a touchdown , however rookie Will Fuller was the star of the game. We just added a guy this past week. The Texans' 23-14 win over Chicago on Sunday wasn't flawless, but the Texans offense looked like a different unit in the first contest of the season. (more...)

Adrian Beltre hit his 30th home run of the season, as the Rangers squared off against the Astros earlier this evening. Beltran was the last batter to reach against Peacock, who retired the final 10 Rangers he faced to conclude his stellar outing.Griffin was equal to the task, surrendering just an Altuve single through three innings. The Yankees managed just one hit in five innings against Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw , and had three hits overall. Despite it being only his second start since June, Kershaw showed no signs of rust. Michael Pineda pitched well through the first four innings for the Yankees , allowing no runs on two hits with two walks and five strikeouts before he exited the game after the first rain delay.
