Nepal is bracing for a busy and potentially risky season on Mount Everest after the government issued a record number of permits to foreign climbers this year - 371, the most since 1953. Hundreds have been trying to acclimatize before attempting to reach the summit. We are pleased to inform you that the upcoming flagship of South Korean tech giant crossed the 1 million pre-orders limit in Korea. And out of the two variants, Samsung said the larger Galaxy S8+ was proving to be the more popular handset. Reports have suggested that the patch could arrive as early as Tuesday, April 25. Samsung has said it will release a software update that should fix a problem with newly released Galaxy S8 smartphone. (more...)

Although Activision may have gotten ahead of itself by talking about Destiny 2 post-release content during a recent earnings call, it was apparently important for the publisher to assure fans the sequel would be different. According to the CEO, great engagement is followed up by great business, and as such, Activision wants to make sure that Destiny 2 PC players will have bespoke features, which will be talked about during the game's gameplay reveal later this month. Facebook will add 3,000 people to its global "community operations team" over the next year. Zuckerberg said Facebook workers review "millions of reports" every week. According to Zuckerberg , Facebook last week received a report about a user broadcasting video on the service who was considering suicide and the company was able to contact police in time to prevent him from harming himself. Bengals owner Mike Brown released a letter on Friday explaining the decision to spend the 41st overall pick in the second round of this year's draft on Mixon (via the Cincinnati Enquirer). Elliott made a 52-yard field goal that opened a lot of eyes and showed consistency throughout his high school career.
