The case involves a 17-year-old transgender student named Gavin Grimm , who identifies as male and sued in 2015 to win the right to use the school's boys' bathroom. Supreme Court", Bob Stephens stated. "Events have left Missouri public schools in limbo as to the current state of the law", a brief filed by Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster stated, adding that "administrators must have definitive guidance as to what the law requires of them in order to maintain federal funding". Tesla recorded net income of $21.9 million, or 14 cents per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, marking the first positive earnings since the first quarter of 2013. Tesla Motors's quarterly revenue was up 145.3% on a year-over-year basis. One reason Wall Street was caught off guard is that Tesla had raised its auto delivery estimates earlier this month to around 24,500, and today beat that revised estimate by an additional 300 cars (for a total of 24,821 cars delivered). The global agreement comes after five years of negotiations and means the Ross Sea, located in the South Pole to the south-east of New Zealand, will become the world's largest Marine Protected Area (MPA). Samsung has released its fiscal third-quarter results, and the mobile division profits were at the lowest level in almost eight years. Sadly, the company was pushed to do another recall after the replacement phone that was supposedly "safer" than the recalled unit also combusted. (more...)

There was anger among volunteers who spent the night in the camp as authorities insisted the clearance operation had been completed and the migrants had been relocated. A handful of children were seen being escorted away by French police after they were allegedly stopped for not being registered, aid workers said. 234 children have also been granted entry to Britain. Some of the electric carmaker's investors have expressed concern over the takeover, suggesting it is a Tesla-funded bail-out of a company Mr Musk has a vested interest in as its biggest shareholder. Hundreds of "jungle" camp migrants packing their bags in a mixture of relief and despair in the French northern city of Calais on Monday faced a hard decision - stay in France or face possible deportation, worldwide news agency AFP reported.
