Autopsy set for man in 42-hour standoff

An autopsy will determine the cause of death for Robert Musser. The incident began Wednesday morning when tree trimmers called authorities, saying Musser had fired on them. The suspect fired shots at officers. Musser repeated yelled at offices to get off his property, and he fired at officers during two different occasions. (more...)

Unless you're a big audiophile, they're actually pretty great. APPLE clearly doesn't like to waste any time. Regardless, this means that any jailbreak in use will be futile. Scattered among the complaints are also a few positive reports of good battery life on the iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone SE, and significantly worse battery life on the fourth-generation iPad. (more...)

The hornets pose no risk to human health. Britain's bees are thought to have fallen by a third since 2007. Beekeeping associations have also warned people to be aware of differences between Asian hornets and European hornets. Defra said it had been anticipating the hornets' arrival "for some years" and had a "well-established protocol in place to eradicate them". "We are taking swift and robust action to identify and destroy any nests". (more...)

Mr. Trump has been criticized for campaigning with Mr. King because he was convicted of second-degree murder in 1966 for stomping to death an employee, Sam Garrett, over a $600 debt. It was a rare comment for Trump to make, given his staunch support for law enforcement in other police shootings and his criticism of the Black Lives Matter, in which he accused the movement of trying to inflame communities against police . The FAA ban is the latest formality regarding the Galaxy Note 7 following issues with the phone's battery overheating causing the device to explode, which is up to 92 issued reports in the USA alone, 25 of which include reported cases of burns, and 55 of which include reported cases of property damage. After the having several explosion and combustion cases all around the globe, Samsung did a recall to their Galaxy Note 7 and aired a software update for a temporary fix. But that's not the only thing Samsung is doing according to the latest reports. In most cases where the Note 7 burst into flames, the battery has been charging and possibly close to reaching 100 percent capacity. (more...)
