Garoppolo, red hot to start the game, was hit after a pass and left with a shoulder injury . Rookie Jacoby Brissett , a third-round pick out of North Carolina State, entered the game for Garoppolo. Bennett collected 5 receptions for 114 yards, and a touchdown. Blount picked up 123 yards and a touchdown on 29 attempts. The Dolphins did not score a touchdown until the third quarter when Ryan Tannehill found Kenny Stills for a 24 yard score. (more...)

That still falls short of the fees Hanjin Shipping must pay for services it needs to offload cargoes already on its vessels. Hanjin Shipping has been keeping its vessels waiting off the U.S. The South Korean firm has filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy protection in the United States. Not surprisingly, freight rates from South Korea to the USA jumped immediately upon Hanjins bankruptcy. (more...)

Glen MacDonald , a professor at the UCLA , believes that the severe dry that California has faced for the last several years is associated with the alterations in the sea-surface temperature of the Pacific Ocean. It noted that the state's drought in the 21st century has been the most intense ever recorded, with drier than normal conditions in 10 of the past 14 years; the last three years have also been the hottest and driest in about 120 years. When Baboolal walked outside, "I saw a lot of people, a lot of cops, the fire people, a lot of ambulances were here", she said. Mayor Bill de Blasio ruled out any terror connections, but called the blast an "intentional act". (more...)

In true Texas fashion this season, backup quarterback Tyrone Swoopes led the Longhorns into the red zone, where Chris Warren clawed into the endzone after the reception with several defenders holding on. The Longhorns ran out of chances, but there were plenty to be had throughout the night. "We felt we needed to run the football to win this game". The Philippines was among several countries affected by the sudden pullout of the devices following the Korean tech giant's discovery of a battery glitch that caused some of the phones to overheat and catch fire. The Galaxy Note 7 was charging with its original charger. While Note 7 owners can still carry their phones with them, Quantas told Reuters it's "requesting passengers who own them not [to] switch on or charge them in flight". (more...)

The company has restarted operations at some parts of its gasoline pipeline at reduced rates, and is also pumping fuel on its distillate line, which has been completely restarted. (more...)
