Indian steel giant Tata Steel is planning to keep its Port Talbot plant in South Wales, the UK's biggest steelworks, fully operational, a media report said on Tuesday. The World Organisation for Animal Health had warned in an interview with Reuters mid-November that more outbreaks of H5N8 were likely in Europe as wild birds believed to transmit the virus migrate southward. But France , which has the largest poultry flock in the European Union, has since been hit by several outbreaks, in a setback for French poultry and foie gras producers still reeling from a bird flu epidemic that started a year ago. The company that runs Southern trains is to lodge legal action at the High Court today in an effort block next week's drivers' strike. A spokesman for GTR told the BBC: 'Naturally we're disappointed with today's decision. "We brought this action for the benefit of our passengers". The country joined OPEC again in 2015. Ministers confirmed the cut in oil production has been secured from 33.8 million barrels a day to 32.5 million barrels a day.
