Saudi Arabia is seeking to reverse the group's pump-at-will policy but the country's energy minister Khalid Al-Falih said yesterday the oil market will recover in 2017 even without cuts. The incident started about 6:05 p.m.at the Walmart at 2425 E 2nd St., Shaw said. The woman not involved is in critical condition. It is no longer just Black Friday shopping anymore. The number of deals on Cyber Monday was lower than on Black Friday, according to data from e-commerce analytics firm Clavis Insights. For the entire holiday season, JPMorgan has forecast a 17 percent growth in online sales for 2016, and the National Retail Federation forecast what it calls "non-store sales" may increase between 7 percent and 10 percent, to as much as $117 billion.
