Dyn , whose servers monitor and reroute internet traffic, said it began experiencing what security experts called a distributed denial-of-service attack just after 7 a.m. Dyn, an internet services company, had two DDoS cyberattacks . Samsung's smartphone shipment to India may fall short of target by 4 million units in 2016, hit by global recall and halt in production of its flagship Note 7 smartphone, research firm CMR today said. The company received 13 reports of burns and 47 reports of property damages associated with the phones. The U.S. Postal Service is only shipping Note 7 devices through its ground transportation service, as required by its rules on transporting damaged or recalled lithium ion batteries, a spokeswoman said.
