Police investigating 'killer clowns' warn of more incidents as Halloween approaches

The so-called "creepy clown craze" has sparked sightings of clowns throughout the UK. The police spokesman said parents also have a responsibility if they feel their children are dressing up as clowns. Chief Superintend Andy Boyd said: "While we do not want to be accused of stopping people enjoying themselves, we would also ask those same people to think of the impact of their behaviour on others and themselves". Navinder Singh Sarao, a 37-year-old working out of a modest suburban home in Hounslow in west London , allegedly made millions of dollars with a computer programme that could automatically manipulate prices. Mr Sarao, who did not attend the High Court ruling on Friday, is accused of "spoofing" the USA markets over a period of five years - that is, placing false orders using an automatic system in order to create an impression of demand, pushing prices up. Salesforce investors had been pushing back against a bid for Twitter . In the tech world in which growth is the name of the game, Twitter's lagging user numbers have drawn Wall Street's scrutiny, with investors putting pressure on the company to grow like its competitors. He will reportedly not receive any severance from the company. Sloan, who joined Wells Fargo 29 years ago, said his highest priority is to restore trust in Wells Fargo . The climb in bullion came despite signals from the US Federal Reserve minutes that the central bank could raise interest rates in December. It said that after the evacuation ends, government forces would take control of the two areas. A TPC analysis of Trump's plan released earlier this week stated that Trump's plan would bring federal revenues down by $6.2 trillion over a 10-year period and raise the national debt by $7.2 trillion. This exclusion is called the "above-the-line deduction" and will cover up to four children, at the average cost of child care per state. But that is not driven by a calculation that Trump would be worse for their taxes than Clinton, because that is simply not the case. (more...)

Supplies at Cushing, Oklahoma, rose by 400,000 barrels - a staggering four times more than the 100,000-barrel increase that analysts had anticipated would be announced today. The global benchmark crude traded at a $1.53 premium to WTI for December delivery. Eighteen of 32, or 56 percent, of analysts, traders and brokers surveyed by Bloomberg Thursday were bearish on WTI.
