Federal officials in Minnesota have said they are still focused on stopping young recruits from traveling overseas to join terror groups. Mitsubishi Aircraft's first flight test prototype for the MRJ regional jet programme has landed in the U.S., after a 8,300km journey. Mitsubishi Aircraft has setup three engineering bases (Moses Lake Flight Test Center, the MRJ flight test center within Grant County International Airport; Seattle Engineering Center and Mitsubishi Aircraft Headquarters in Japan) to expedite the flight testing process. Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A., the world's largest brewer, has agreed to pay $6 million to settle charges that it had violated U.S. foreign bribery laws and "chilled a whistleblower", the U.S. Altria and BEVCO have irrevocably undertaken to consent to the UK Scheme and did not vote at the UK Scheme Court Meeting. A Dubai-based regional research firm said on the eve of the OPEC meeting that the oil producers cartel needs to cut production to sustain a rise in crude prices above $50 a barrel. "So we may be underestimating the difficulty [OPEC] will have" in finalizing the details, he said.
