Yahoo News reports Trump's nonprofit donated $100,000 to a conservative group that was suing Schneiderman as he was investigating the real estate education venture. At the time, Bondi was considering signing on to a lawsuit led by Schneiderman against now defunct Trump University. Schneiderman mad those remarks Tuesday afternoon to CNN's Jake Tapper. (more...)

Looking to encourage the nascent autonomous auto industry - and ensure safety without overregulation - the federal government for the first time released a set of guidelines for self-driving cars. The guidelines come as the government has struggled with how to capitalize on the technology's promised safety benefits - the cars can react faster than people, but don't drink or get distracted - while making sure they are ready for widespread use. Mylan CEO Heather Bresch held up an EpiPen as she told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that she wishes the company had "better anticipated the magnitude and acceleration" of the rising prices for some families. Elsewhere, copper rallied to a six-week high despite worries about slow demand growth, supported by the Fed's policy. With the global economy showing few signs of rebounding and investors fretting about the limits of monetary easing by major central banks, the BOJ's move came mostly as a welcome relief for markets.
