The Autopilot system now disables automatic steering if the driver ignores safety warnings and keeps their hands off the wheel. Gao Yaning, 23, died on January 20 after his white Tesla Model S crashed into a road-sweeping vehicle on a highway in the northern province of Hebei, state-run broadcaster China Central Television reported. The rate fell as employers laid off fewer workers. Tennessee's preliminary unemployment rate for August was 4.4 percent, up from the 4.3 revised rate of July. (more...)

WASHINGTON-Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen on Wednesday dismissed suggestions from Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump that the Fed is playing politics with its interest-rate decisions. The Fed will meet again on November 1-2. Three members also indicated they do not want any hikes this year. An unused tunnel at the Punggye-ri test site can be the place for the sixth test, reports said. North Korea's foreign minister has arrived in Beijing , Japan's Kyodo news agency reported on Monday. The UN Security Council condemned the test and announced that it will consider new sanctions against Pyongyang in addition to others already imposed in March after its nuclear and long-range missile tests in January and February respectively. He's anxious the longer the gauge stays low - it's now at 0.4 percent and forecast to slow further - the greater the risk inflation expectations will drop and create a deflationary spiral.Goldman may be on to something though. The FDA is not required to follow the advice of its advisory panels, though it often does.
