While Cathay didn't immediately say whether it would honor the bookings, the mistake adds to the embarrassments for the Hong Kong carrier that's struggling to turn its fortunes around while competition intensifies from Chinese and budget airlines. It's official: Netflix announced that Spencer Neumann - previously CFO of games company Activision Blizzard and a former Disney finance exec - is joining the company as chief financial officer. WKYT-TV reports no one was injured when the Krispy Kreme driver stopped after noticing smoke in the cab of his truck following a delivery in Morehead. On Monday, the USA benchmark crude fell more than 7 percent before jumping more than 10 percent on Wednesday. Both crude benchmarks are down roughly 40 percent from highs touched in October. But the cuts will not take effect until next month and oil production has been at or near record highs in the United States, Russia and Saudi Arabia, with the US pumping 11.6 million bpd of crude, more than both Saudi Arabia and Russia.
