The race was originally scheduled for Saturday night but was postponed by rain for its completion Sunday afternoon. While the race itself still had plenty of cautions, it lacked the excitement only seen at night. Harvick dominated the later portions of the race after Kyle Busch , who led 256 laps, had a part failure and crashed. Rosberg departed his home German Grand Prix at the end of July in a downcast mood after being soundly beaten again by Hamilton and he needs a confidence-boosting display to keep his title challenge alive. US stocks drifted lower Thursday, with market attention focused on the Federal Reserve's annual meeting at Jackson Hole , Wyo. On the individual stock front, shares of drugmaker Mylan (MYL) were up more than 3% after the company responded to the controversy surrounding a sharp price hike on its EpiPen - a life-saving allergy shot - by offering consumers a rebate in the form of a savings coupon that the company says will cut the cost of the drug in half. The Indian seed company told Reuters the proposal " alarmed us and raised serious concerns about the protection of intellectual property rights ". The Colombian government and the FARC guerrillas signed a formal conclusion of the peace talks Wednesday after nearly four years of negotiations in Havana. Colombians will get a chance to vote on the accord on October 2. That rebel group agreed only recently to formal negotiations with the government, but those talks have yet to start because of Santos' insistence that it renounce kidnapping, a main source of income for the group, which has rejected that precondition. When open enrollment, the period of time during which people are allowed to sign up for exchange-based coverage or switch plans under the law, begins later this year, about a third of the country will have just one option, according to a report from health policy consultancy Avalere Health.
