Excluding the effects of currency, net sales totaled $31.3 billion, a 2.2 percent increase. Charleston County tied with Lexington for the lowest rate in the state at 4.4 percent. The U.S. Labor Department said in a separate report Friday that only South Dakota's preliminary rate of 2.8 percent and New Hampshire's 2.9 percent were lower in July than Nebraska and North Dakota's 3.1 percent. But he said this year's loss was larger than usual, pushing the seasonally adjusted job loss figure to 5,600. Signals are neutral for spot gold as it is stuck in a range of $1,337.22-$1,358.01 per ounce, Reuters technical analyst Wang Tao said. Police allege Pro10 funnelled tickets to another company, THG Sports, whose director was arrested this week in Brazil.
