According to China's official statistics, the economy should have grown 6.7 percent y/y if calculated from the GDP index (which is seasonally adjusted), 0.2 percentage points lower than the headline growth numbers. "The parties have agreed to the proposed settlement in order to avoid the uncertainty, expense, and inconvenience associated with continued litigation, and believe that the proposed settlement agreement is in the best interest of Ruby and its customers", the firm said in a statement .
