Prices continued their rise overnight after Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said his country was working with Saudi Arabia to achieve oil market stability - hinting at a possible production freeze in cooperation with OPEC. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was at $46.38 a barrel, down 20c from its last close, but still up 18% from early August. Russian Federation sees no signals that Iran will change its position on a production cap and agree to an output freeze , news service ... (more...)

The FPI manufacturing facility where these helmets were built was shut down and ArmorSource agreed to pay a $3 million settlement for what the inspector general called a lack of oversight. In a statement, FPI said it immediately recalled its only shipment of LMCHs for re-inspection. According to the report, Unicor directed inmates to falsify manufacturing records to indicate helmets had passed inspection. (more...)
