Prices continued their rise overnight after Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said his country was working with Saudi Arabia to achieve oil market stability - hinting at a possible production freeze in cooperation with OPEC. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was at $46.38 a barrel, down 20c from its last close, but still up 18% from early August. The FPI manufacturing facility where these helmets were built was shut down and ArmorSource agreed to pay a $3 million settlement for what the inspector general called a lack of oversight. In a statement, FPI said it immediately recalled its only shipment of LMCHs for re-inspection. The approval of the Shenzhen Stock Connect scheme may boost market sentiment, Julian Evans-Pritchard, China economist at Capital Economics said.
