Several cybersecurity firms said they had identified the malicious software behind the attack, which has apparently hit Russian Federation the hardest. London's Barts Health NHS Trust, the largest trust in the United Kingdom, cancelled all outpatient appointments at its five hospitals today. "While the vast majority are running contemporary systems, we can confirm that the number of devices within the NHS that reportedly use XP has fallen to 4.7%, with this figure continuing to decrease". The estimated range of the North's Musudan missile is about 3,000 kilometers (1,865 miles), Wright said. The bank's report, released alongside the interest rates decision, offered better news for the growth outlook as forecasts were raised to 1.7 per cent for 2018 and 1.8 per cent in 2019 from February's prediction for 1.6 per cent and 1.7 per cent respectively. Brent crude was up 57 cents, hovering at $50.79 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate jumped 61 cents to $47.94. The EIA raised its USA oil production forecast to an average of 9.3 million barrels per a day (bpd) in 2017 and 10 million bpd in 2018 while it lowered its projection for average oil prices in 2017 to $52.60 a barrel for Brent and $50.68 for WTI.
