On Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal reported Exxon is seeking a greenlight from the us government to bypass sanctions on Russian Federation and resume doing business with the country's state-owned oil giant Rosneft . The US and European Union imposed economic sanctions on Russian Federation in 2014. Tillerson has recused himself from any matters involving Exxon for two years, and will not be involved in any decisions by the USA government involving the company during that period, the ...
