The chief of the eurozone says that he is "in a positive mood" regarding Greece's hard bailout talks, but stressed an overall political deal could not be reached at Friday's meeting of finance ministers using the shared currency. The Associated Press is reporting a court agreement that will require the replacement of 18,000 water lines in Flint by 2020. Another $20 million will come from state matching funds. Many still don't trust water coming from the tap and prefer to drink bottled water . U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures rose 0.9 percent, or 47 cents a barrel to $51.60. Oil jumped as the USA cruise missile attack against Syria riled global financial markets. Futures lost 0.3 percent in NY on Thursday. The global benchmark crude traded at a $2.66 premium to June WTI. Greece is awaiting the latest tranche of an 86-billion-euro ($91.6-billion) bailout from the European Stability Mechanism, the eurozone's rescue fund, that it needs for debt repayments in July. The measures will include pension cuts in 2019 worth 1 per cent of Greece's gross domestic product, and an increase in tax revenues in 2020 worth another 1 per cent through broadening the tax base.
