New Porsche Panamera launched in India

The new Panamera competes with Austin Martin and Audi RS7. The front profile is reminiscent of the first-gen model, while the rear profile is now sharper and the new connected tail lamps hint of the latest 911. The V8 sends power to all four wheels through an eight-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) dual-clutch automatic gearbox. They can all be optioned with the Rs 3.96 lakh Sport Chrono Package, which brings down the 0-100kmph time by 0.2s. (more...)

Airtel has gone ahead and backed it by a speed test conducted by Ookla. " Airtel's margin of victory increased when the complete analysis was performed ", said the Ookla spokesperson. Bank of America Merrill Lynch said while it remains comfortable that incumbents particularly Bharti should be able to retain most of high-end subscribers given better voice and customer service, it sees "ARPUs (Average Revenue per User) under pressure as most consumers will stay back for lower ARPUs". The special-edition iPhone will likely sell out quickly, so if you're willing to shell out those bucks (a portion of which goes to the Global Fund to support HIV/AIDS programs) you should pre-order ASAP. The pricing will vary slightly as Verizon will offer it for 24 months at $28 per month or $672, while AT&T will be charging $24 a month for 30 months or $30 per month for 24 months; both options make $720 as total. However, Apple's new rules now give you freedom to sync and play rented content across iOS 10.3 or tvOS 10.2 devices. Up to now, if you rented a movie on iTunes, you had to finish watching it on the same device. However, iOS 10.3 is now in developer and public beta, and tvOS 10.2 is in developer preview only. Apple, like other companies, is also waiting for United States president Donald Trump to follow through his campaign thought bubble about allowing an amnesty that would allow USA companies to repatriate cash without paying tax.
