Twenty-seven-year-old Angela Blackwell was expected to have a bond hearing Tuesday on a charge of homicide by child abuse. She was denied bond at her court appearance Tuesday. Both parties are yet to determine the motive behind the death of the baby boy. "Initially, we did not know why the body was so cold". The Seymour Police Department said it responded to four overdoses around 10 p.m. August 23, around the same time the Jennings County Sheriff's Office reportedly responded to nine overdoses. Tuesday night, they issued warnings on social media. "It looked like he was overdosed on drugs".
