Xinhua News Agency said on Thursday that the city had asked people not to leave Wuhan without specific reasons, and the People's Daily newspaper tweeted that no one would be allowed to leave the city starting at 10 a.m. "For that reason, I have made a decision to ask the emergency committee to meet tomorrow". A Department of Digital, Media, Culture and Sport select committee a year ago into addictive and immersive technologies said that publishers and developers needed to work with European rating agency PEGI on the subject of loot boxes and advised the organisation to label "gambling" content as such .
